The large wraparound deck on this home is very welcoming for any season. The large windows from the main floor of the kitchen offer lots of sunshine. On the main floor, the home has two bedrooms with queen beds and a bedroom with a full-size bed. There are two full-size bathrooms on the main floor as well. The loft upstairs has a full-size sleeper sofa, a big entertainment center outfitted with a television, DVD player, and CD changer. This will be a nice place for the kids to watch movies. This is our family's home away from home! The rental is family owned and operated on days that we are not using it our self! This house stands high above Center Hill lake and you can see the amazing views in the pictures. It is within a minutes walk of the neighborhood pool and a minute walk of the lake where you can go swimming or fishing! This home is setup for entertaining with a full kitchen, bar-style seating and a pool table. There are two massive wrap around porches along with a large screened in section with furniture for you to relax and look over the lake with your family and friends. On the inside you will find a large king suite bedroom as well as two extra bedrooms with multiple beds in each to sleep many guests comfortably. We have a new large screen TV in the living room with HDMI connections. Large easy to use top of the line Recteq smoker on back deck so you can smoke a Brisket, Ribs, or just some burgers! We provide a house manual when you arrive so you will be able to easily access the neighborhood pool and find nearby attractions and dining options! The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher) with a 5-burner stove and large granite island - great for entertaining. The gorgeous kitchen table is made from reclaimed barnwood threshing floor and easily seats 10 adults. You'll love the amazing lake view from the large front deck, which you can enjoy from the rockers, large swing bed (with memory foam mattress) or picnic table. There are two large 55" Smart TVs with Netflix, Amazon, and good Wifi throughout the house. The master bedroom has a new king bed and master bath with a sliding glass door entrance to the deck. The front yard and surrounding area have seen kite-flying, Frisbee games, and many short hikes for all levels of experience. There are two bikes available to explore the lakeside. At the heart of the house is a culinary foodies dream kitchen with brand new stainless appliances, including a Keurig. Seating for fourteen in the dining room and breakfast room. A gas grill is located on the top deck, with sweeping views of Center Hill Lake, with seating for twelve outside on the decks. The house sleeps eighteen including two bunk beds and a fold out sofa, located in the fifth bedroom/playroom. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located on the main floor and two bedrooms and one bathroom are on the first floor. Flatscreens and Apple TVs (use your own login for netflix, hulu and amazon) are in the living room, den, playroom and master bedroom. A SONOS sound system keeps music streaming throughout the home, and wireless internet keeps you connected in every room. Wood burning fireplaces (wood provided) are located in the living room and master bedroom. Oversized washer and dryer and an ice maker are in the laundry room. This lake house is the perfect getaway for any occasion. There are two bedrooms with Queen size beds and two bedrooms with twin beds with trundles. The lake house sleeps 13 - 15 people, but can also be a quiet getaway for a small family as well. The house has a hot tub that seats 5 with rotating jets and a waterfall, a Brunswick pool table, and electronic dart board. Every room has flat screen TV's, over 200 channels, and DVD players. The Rec room has surround sound creating a theatre experience for your entertainment. Each bedroom has alarm clocks with USB ports to charge your cell phones and play your own music. There is a full kitchen stocked with most of the utensils you will need. (also contains a coffee maker, microwave, and toaster.

Feels like your sitting outdoors in the Cathedral room with partial views of Center Hill Lake, backyard access to the water and Blue Water Bay Resort swimming pool. The kitchen, breakfast nook, dining and master bedroom are located on the main level. A full finished basement with 1 large bedroom, bath, home theater and game room can provide the additional space and entertainment for large families to spread out. 2 bedrooms plus loft (w/ full bed) are located upstairs overlooking the cathedral room. Hot tub is not available. The Lodge is a 1 hr drive East of the Nashville airport on I40 and within 12 hours driving distance anywhere East of the Mississippi River. Center Hill Lake is located on the edge of the Appalachian Mountains between Nashville and Knoxville with the preserved beauty of the lake shoreline managed by the Corps of Engineers. The undisturbed natural scenery of the lake and surrounding area is what attracts visitors from around the country. Also, the trails to the lake are managed by the Corps so they are kept natural but can be slippery after heavy rain. Keep in mind the area is very hilly so hiking to and from the lake can be strenuous if you are not acclimated to the terrain. Please use discretion when hiking trails with small children and senior family members. Hikers can enjoy nearby trails at Burgess Falls, Savage Gulf and Fall Creek Falls Sate Parks within 1 hr from the Lodge.

We take your health seriously; you will find antibactierial soap, disinfecting wipes and a first aid kit available for your use. Our cleaner takes pride in making sure Evergreen Lodge has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. Families are Welcome! We want to accommodate your family! You will find a folding high chair, pack n play portable crib, baby gate, and games and toys for your older childrens' use. The items are stored in the first floor bedroom closet and under the pool table so they are not in your way if you do not need them. Please keep in mind that Evergreen Lodge is not 100% childproof so you will want to make sure your children are supervised at all times. What is Included? Evergreeen Lodge will come stocked with the following items to get you started for a fun and relaxing stay at Center Hill Lake: in the full bathrooms you will find two rolls of toilet tissue, hand soap, eye make-up remover wipes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion along with fluffy white towels. In the half bath you will find two rolls of toilet tissue, hand soap and hand towel. The wet bar will have paper towels and hand soap. The kitchen will be stocked with a new wrapped sponge, roll of paper towels, dishwashing pellets, kitchen soap, hand soap, coffee filters, hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes and trash bags. If you plan to do laundry you will need to bring laundry detergent, we provide everything else you will need. The Floorplan When you walk into the ground floor you will find a fun man cave/game room. Pour yourself a drink at the wet bar and keep extras in the mini fridge. Rack 'em up for a game of pool. Watch a game or catch up on your latest binge on the TV. The ground floor also features a half bath, full size pull out sofa, washer and dryer, lots of games and a stereo receiver with surround sound you can plug into to play your favorite music. And of course we have wi-fi! The second floor features a two story living room with modern furnishings, 60 inch smart TV, a cozy wood burning fireplace, spacious dining area with additional bar seating. The well appointed kitchen has cookware, plates, cups, and utensils. You could have dinner waiting on you when you get home from the lake if you want to utilize the Crock Pot. There is also a full bath and large bedroom with a king bed and smart TV. A Pack N Play portable baby crib/playpen, folding high chair and baby gate are available for use and are stored in the main floor bedroom closet. The third floor features a loft bunk room that sleeps 6 with two sets of bunk beds and a king bed. There is a full bath on this level and a private bedroom with king bed, smart TV and a balcony with a great lake view. The second floor features two spacious decks: one has an inviting porch swing, rocking chairs and dining table, and an incredible lake view. Grill your steaks anyway you like on the gas grill on the secondary deck located just off the kitchen. The third floor deck is located off the bedroom and is the perfect space to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee. If you plan to spend a lot of time outdoors, I recommend bringing sunscreen and insect repellent. Make sure to bring stuff for smores; there's a fire pit for roasting marshmallows. We provide the fire wood. There is ample parking on the paved driveway that will accommodate 5 vehicles. Boat Ramp There is a convenient neighborhood boat ramp you are welcome to use whether you have a boat or just want to swim and lounge by the water. It is not usually crowded and is located at the end of Holiday Haven Road. Boat Parking I do not recommend bringing a boat down Cherokee Drive, it is narrow and has some rough spots, as does Holiday Haven Road down to the neighborhood boat ramp. However, I suppose it comes down to a matter of how comfortable you are driving and backing your trailer, how big your boat is and if you are familiar with the area. I will be happy to answer any questions about bringing your boat to the best of my knowledge. If you do decide to park your boat at Evergreen Lodge, do NOT pull your trailer all the way up the driveway, there is not room to turn around. Bring parking chocks to put under the wheels and park at the bottom of part of the paved driveway ramp by the Evergreen Lodge sign. Also know that Cherokee Drive circles around and connects to Holiday Haven Drive so you would not need to turn around, you could just back out of the drive and continue on Cherokee.
